Makes 2 drinks
What you’ll need:
Tools:
- Cutting board and knife
- Blender
- Jigger
- Fine strainer and cheesecloth
- Chilled tall glasses
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp superfine sugar
- 4 medium borage leaves, cleaned
- 12 oz cold water
- 4 oz vodka
- Thin lemon slices for glass
- Borage flowers for garnish
- Ice
1. Chill two tall glasses in the freezer
2. In a blender, pulse together lemon juice, sugar, and borage leaves.
3. Add water and pulse again to fully combine.
4. Add lemon slices and ice to a glass and pour 2 oz of vodka per glass.
5. Into the iced glasses, pour borage lemonade through a fine strainer lined with cheesecloth.
6. Add borage flowers for garnish and enjoy!
Note: To make a virgin drink, eliminate the vodka and add a 4oz of seltzer water to top the glass.
