Ok, first things first. Start by scanning the QR codes on your Seedsheets. Each row of plants has a QR code that will take you to a page on our site with tons of helpful information about how to care for each plant in your garden (we also included printed instructions in your order).

Due to the custom and organic nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or cancellations. Please make your purchase carefully. You can read more about our return policy here.
If any seed pod on your sheet doesn't grow, we'll happily replace it, even if its not our fault. That's our Greenthumb Guarantee. Fill out the form on this page to request seed pod replacements.
Each of our products is handmade in Vermont, custom to order, so please expect a wait for your garden to be built before we ship it. For the current build wait time, please visit our shipping page.
