At Seedsheet, we proudly stand behind the quality of our products. But before buying a garden, please understand that while Seedsheet will make getting your garden started as easy as possible, gardening still takes work. We’ll help take the chores of weed pulling and seed planting out of the equation, but we want you to get your hands dirty! You’ll need to give your garden some regular TLC to make sure your plants grow. And mother nature can be unpredictable. Weird weather and wild squirrels come with the territory.
If any of your seed pods doesn’t grow, we’ll replace it, even if its not our fault. We include a few extra seed pods with each order just in case. Seedsheet uses only the highest quality Organic and Non-GMO seeds, so it’s rare that a pod doesn’t grow because it’s faulty. More often, a pod doesn’t grow because of poor weather, poor soil quality or garden care issues. But if you need a replacement pod, we’ve got your back. Just fill out the form on this page, and we'll get new seed pods out to you shortly.
At Seedsheet, we build every garden to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or exchanges. But we will always replace any seed pod that doesn’t sprout, even if it’s not our fault. Just fill out the form on this page, and we'll get you back to growing in no time.
Order Changes And Cancellations
Because of the custom nature of our products, we unfortunately can’t accept cancellations or changes to your order once its been placed. Please review your order carefully before checking out. You can also check the current garden build wait time estimate on our shipping page. Please make sure you understand how long it will take for us to build and ship your order before you place it. Also please note during high season (March-June), estimated wait times will be longer than usual and can fluctuate.
Gift Cards, Fertilizer, And Accessories
We unfortunately cannot accept returns of gift cards, fertilizer and accessories
Damaged Product Replacement
We inspect every product before it leaves our factory, ensuring you’ll always receive your Seedsheet in excellent condition. But in the very rare case you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. Let us know within 48 hours of receiving your product that something’s wrong, and we’ll do our best to replace it quickly. But after 48 hours have passed since receipt, we can unfortunately no longer provide a replacement. Please visit our contact page and use the form to report damages.
Helping Your Garden Grow
Every Seedsheet we build has a QR code sealed onto the sheet next to each row of seeds. Scan those codes! They’ll take you to pages on our website with step-by-step instructions on how to care for each plant in your garden. They’ll give you guidance on the best time to start your garden, and how to care for it along the way to give you the best chance at success. But remember, growing a healthy garden is up to you! Water those plants! Give them the love and care they need to succeed!
