Stuffed Nasturtium Blossoms

Customize this recipe with any varieties of herbs, but our favorites are savory herbs such as sage, oregano, thyme, and zaatar. Combined with smooth cream cheese and zesty lemon, crisp and peppery Nasturtium flowers really shine!

What you’ll need:

  • Small mixing bowl
  • Cutting board and knife
  • Two small spoons
  • Serving platter

  • 8oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup mixed savory herbs, chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 24+ Nasturtium blossoms

1. Allow cream cheese to reach room temperature, or soften slightly in the microwave on low power.

2. Zest lemon and finely chop a mix of savory herbs. Add to the cream cheese along with salt and pepper to taste and mix until combined.

3. Using a spoon, gather a 1 teaspoon ball of cream cheese and gently press it into the center of a Nasturtium flower. Repeat and enjoy beautiful appetizers!
