What you’ll need:

- Salad Bowl
- Cutting board and knife
- Jar for dressing
- Measuring spoons
Ingredients:
Salad:
- 5+ cups mixed greens of your choice (spinach, arugula, pea shoots, lettuce, baby kale, etc.)
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup sliced pickled red onion
- 4 oz goat cheese, chunked
Dressing:
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry ground mustard
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
1. Toss the salad ingredients together with the exception of the cheese.
2. Combine the salad dressing ingredients in a jar. Seal and shake vigorously until combined.
3. Top salad with chunked goat cheese and add dressing to taste.
4. Serve and enjoy immediately.
