A message from our founder:

Hello! We’re in the middle of our busiest Spring ever, and our whole team is working around the clock to make sure we build and ship everyone’s gardens in time for growing season.

We build everything custom to order, so getting your garden will take a little time. Please visit our Shipping page for the current garden building wait time. We know waiting is the hardest part, but trust us, your garden will be worth it!

If you’re contacting us to ask where your order is, we’re building it as fast as we can, and we promise it will arrive soon! You’ll receive a shipping notification by email as soon as it ships. Asking us where your order is won’t make it go faster, unfortunately, and might even make it go a little slower, since our customer service agents also work on the factory floor building gardens. So every email they answer takes away time from building. Please hang in there! We got you!

If you’re contacting us about anything else, we’d love to hear from you! But please be aware most of our customer service team is hard at work building gardens at the moment, so it may take longer than usual to get a response. Running a small business is challenging, but we thank you for supporting us and promise we’ll build you a beautiful garden you can be proud of!

I NEED HELP GROWING MY GARDEN

Ok, first things first. Start by scanning the QR codes on your Seedsheets. Each row of plants has a QR code that will take you to a webpage on our site with TONS of helpful information about how to grow that plant. We also included printed instructions in your order!

If you have more questions, try visiting our Facebook VIP Group and post your question there. Our friendly community of Seedsheeters is usually able to lend a hand! 


RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS
& CANCELLATIONS

We build every item custom to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or cancellations. Please make your purchase carefully. You can read more about our return policy here.

But if any seed pod on your sheet doesn't grow, we'll replace it free! Even if its not our fault! That's our Greenthumb Guarantee. Visit this page and fill out the form to request seed pod replacements.
