HOW TO HARVEST Sorrel:
- After about 4 weeks of growth, when the plants are at least 6" tall, identify the largest, outer leaves.
- Using a pair of scissors, snip off about a quarter to a third of the leaves. This will allow new growth to develop for continuous harvests.
