How to Harvest Dwarf Grey Pea Shoots

Harvest Dwarf Grey Pea Shoots with the right technique, and the plants will grow back for an endless supply of tender greens! Check out our tips below on how to harvest your homegrown pea shoots.

 

HOW TO HARVEST Pea Shoots:

  1. After about three weeks of growth, or when the plants reach at least 6" long, the pea shoots can be harvested. 
  2. Pinch off about 4" of pea shoots, right above a node, or growth point. This will allow new growth to develop for continuous harvests! 
  3. Here's a recipe to make your own Roots and Shoots Garden Salad
