How to Harvest Borage

Borage is a fast-growing variety, with edible leaves and flowers. Harvest leaves at any time--especially to make room for other plants in your garden (it can be over-powering!). Borage will produce flowers quickly, and these can be harvested with these tips below.

How To Harvest Borage Flowers:

1. When borage starts flowering, these can be harvested frequently to encourage more bloom-production. 
2. Take a pair of scissors and snip right below a cluster of blossoms. 
3. The borage plant will continue to produce side-shoots with more buds and flowers.
