Seedsheets come in a variety of sizes to fit inside standard sized gardening containers and raised beds. Container Seedsheets are 12" diameter circles, intended for planting in pots/containers. Backyard Family Seedsheets are 33" in diameter, and meant to accompany our fabric container. Raised Bed Seedsheets are 4'x8' rectangles intended for typical wooden raised garden beds. However, we do sell all-inclusive kits which include the gardening containers too, so you don't have to already own a raised bed!

If you have a gardening container that is a different size than the Seedsheets we currently offer, you can cut a Seedsheet to fit your container by using a pair of scissors. The weed-blocking fabric can be easily trimmed, and we have many customers turn a 4'x8' Seedsheet into two 4'x4's!

It will depend on how much sunlight your windows receive. If you have large, south-facing windows that get over 8-hours of direct sunlight each day you can grow indoors. Alternatively you can purchase a LED Grow Light for year-round growing. If you don't have a south-facing window, or LED light, you should wait until the Spring to plant.

For all Custom Seedsheets, we ship within 2 weeks of the order date, due to the time necessary to build each product by hand. Orders that do not contain Custom products typically ship within 1-2 days of ordering. In 2020 we experienced delay complications due to Covid-19, but have resolved those issues and are back to regular order processing times.

Yes! We are former famers, and we know that the weather does not always cooperate! That's why we offer the Greenthumb Guarantee and will replace any seed pods that fail to sprout!

Seedsheets last for 2-years in the package, which make them ideal for holiday gifts!
