We build everything custom to order, so getting your garden will take a little time. Current wait time to build and ship is 3-5 days. We know waiting is the hardest part, but trust us, your garden will be worth it!
If you’re contacting us to ask where your order is, we’re building it as fast as we can, and we promise it will arrive soon! You’ll receive a shipping notification by email as soon as it ships. Asking us where your order is won’t make it go faster, unfortunately, and might even make it go a little slower, since our customer service agents also work on the factory floor building gardens. So every email they answer takes away time from building. Please hang in there! We got you!
