A refreshing yogurt dip, perfect for summer days. Serve with warm pita for a party snack.
What you'll need:
1 cucumber
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 garlic cloves, grated
2 tbsp fresh finely chopped dill
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
How to:
Combine ingredients in medium bowl and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for one hour minimum.
