Seedsheet Supergreen Smoothie
Ingredients:
- Handful of baby kale and spinach
- 1/2 of a grapefruit, peel cut away
- 1/2 of an avocado
- 1/2 of a cucumber
- 1 tsp turmeric
- coconut water
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender, with 1 cup coconut water last.
- Blend, then add more coconut water for less thickness.
- Stick a straw in it and enjoy!
