Shipping Terms

Your package will be shipped FedEx, UPS, or USPS and will arrive within 2-10 business days.

Payments

Seedsheets.com payments are processed via Stripe. Stripe payments card processing service supports any U.S.-issued card and most non-U.S. issued cards with a Payment Network logo, including credit (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club), debit, pre-paid, or gift cards.

Return Policy

All Products Purchased on seedsheets.com

We hope you enjoy all products purchased at seedsheets.com, but understand that sometimes returns and refunds are necessary. If we shipped you the wrong product, or your order arrived damaged, we're sorry! We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase. Please email within 15 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.

If you ordered the wrong item, or simply changed your mind we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping charges), provided the returned item(s) are received in their original packaging and in new condition. When your return is received, you will be issued a refund to your credit card. You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.

Each Seedsheet is 100% guaranteed to grow. If you need help with plant growth, please contact our customer support team for advice, tips, and tricks, and use our #askseedsheet network. If your Seedsheet is damaged or you are unhappy with your germinations, please contact us for free Seed Pouch replacements, you may email customer support at info@seedsheets.com. We will ask for a photograph of your Seedsheet so we can try to better identify solutions.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Seedsheet product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Seedsheet reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Seedsheet reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Seedsheet shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Seedsheet without notice at any time, for any reason.
