After college I was working as an architect, drafting blueprints for sustainable buildings. One summer I was farm-sitting for a co-worker, and while harvesting dinner from his massive garden I noticed the organized rows of plants, and had my AHA moment:

"Why don't I build blueprints for gardens!?"

The idea was simple; design a product that made it ridiculously easy to plant a garden quickly, where every seed would be spaced perfectly, companion plants would be grown together, and you wouldn't need to spay herbicides or pull weeds!

We launched on Kickstarter, blew past our goal, received national press coverage which caught the eye of Home Depot buyers, which in turn caught the eye of Shark Tank producers!

Within 12 months of launching our Kickstarter campaign we had products on the shelves of Home Depot and were in Hollywood pitching to the Sharks!!
