We can all agree, smoked salmon is never a bad idea. So when it comes to a bumper crop of homegrown dill, it's no wonder we turn to savory-fish to compliment the cooling, fresh dill.
This version takes a different spin on the classic "bagels and lox". Stack smoked fish on a crunchy cucumber with a little cream cheese, and add your prized dill to top it all off.
Buying dill from the store is hardly an option after tasting homegrown harvests. Do yourself (and your smoked salmon) a favor and treat it with the fresh stuff.
